About the course
This program gives you all the tools you need to work with companies.
The range of services is broad — from individual consulting for business owners and exploring business partnerships, to building functional teams and clear communication lines.
It’s a new approach to business consulting that helps everyone do work they truly enjoy while supporting the growth and development of the company.
The training lasts one year and consists of three semesters.
Semester 1 — Foundations and Career Profile Overview
In the first semester, we cover the basics of BG5 and how to deliver an Overview Analysis to your client. We start with the Career Profile Overview — a professional session that identifies the work environment best suited for your client and provides tools to help them understand how to present themselves and interact in a business setting.
Semester 2 — Full Career Profile Analysis and Business Partnership Analysis
In the second semester, we study and integrate the detailed aspects of the BG5™ Success Code — including all 16 success keys — and learn how to do a full Career Profile Analysis. We also explore the approach to analyzing partnerships and conducting a complete Business Partnership Analysis.
Semester 3 — Alpha One Leadership Analysis and Small Business (Penta) Analysis
We learn how to work with team leaders, department heads, and business owners — those who lead and manage others. We explore how to engineer the most effective teams. This semester also covers different aspects of small business group dynamics and small working groups.

Payment in installments is possible by prior arrangement.
By the end of the second semester, you must purchase a license ($750) and the BG5 Career and Business Software ($599 one-time desktop version or $199 annually online version)
